If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly send a replacement if necessary.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
After shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds may be issued if:
• Your order is confirmed lost in transit
• Your item arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item
